Taktflow Systems
Three Active ProjectsSaaS + Automotive + BMS
SAP SaaS delivery, a 7-ECU zonal vehicle platform with ISO 26262 ASIL D safety, and an Eclipse foxBMS battery management system with 2,005 ASIL-D fault injection tests.
Project 1
SAP SaaS Triage Platform
Production-focused SaaS for SAP support triage, pattern matching, and action recommendations.
- Structured intake from support emails and tickets
- Template-based diagnosis and response guidance
- Workflow-ready outputs for support teams
Project 2
Automotive Safety Platform
ISO 26262 ASIL D zonal vehicle platform — 7 ECUs (4 physical STM32/TMS570 + 3 Docker), full safety lifecycle, AUTOSAR-like BSW, and SAP QM integration.
- Targeting ISO 26262 ASIL D — HARA, safety goals, FMEA, and bidirectional traceability in progress
- Working toward ASPICE CL2 — requirements, architecture, verification, and configuration management
- AUTOSAR-like BSW with E2E protection, MISRA C, and SIL-in-the-Loop testing on Docker + real hardware
Project 3
foxBMS Battery Management — POSIX SIL
Eclipse foxBMS 2 ported to Linux x86-64 via SocketCAN — real BMS state machine, fault injection framework with 2,005 ASIL-D test cases, and full ASPICE CL2 documentation.
- Real foxBMS diag.c with threshold counters — OV 585ms, OC 116ms detection. Not stubs, the actual algorithm
- 2,005 fault injection tests across 11 ISO 26262 Part 5 methods, SWE.5 + SWE.6 test levels, 29/31 PASS
- Full ASPICE CL2: 35 documents from MAN.3 to SUP.10, plus ISO 26262 Parts 3-9 (HARA, FMEA, FTTI)
